What Level of Home Survey Do I Need?

Not all homes need the same level of survey inspection. The age, type, condition and your plans for the house will determine the most appropriate level of detail.

We offer three different levels of Home Survey. Answer a few simple questions to find out which survey best suits your needs.

How old is the property?
What type of property is it?
What condition do you think the property is in?
Do you plan to make major changes to the property?
How much detail do you want about the property's condition?
